Aya HCBS provides direct Services for those with an intellectual disability to help people gain, maintain, and improve skills that allow them to live and participate in their local community and place of employment.
In Home & Community
Habilitation
These services may be made available to individuals in their own home, another residential or community setting to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining, and improving self-help, socialization and adaptive skills. These services include but not limited to homemaker, chore, companion services.
Competitive Employment
We provide Supportive Employment and Job Supports for the purposes of finding and supporting individuals in competitive jobs of their choice.
Community Participation (Non-
Facility)
Community Participation Support provides opportunities & support for community inclusion, building interest in and developing skills and potential for competitive integrated
employment. Services focus on building the participant's interests, preferences, gifts, & strengths
while reflecting their desired outcomes related to employment, community involvement and
membership.
